What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the receipt of you product. All employees and owners at Red Light Rising use our own branded devices and we LOVE them!
Should you chose to return your product, return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Please send all returns to the address below, and please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" including your name and order number somewhere inside:
Red Light Rising, James Strong, 1 Kingscote Road, London, W4 5LJ, UK.
You hold full responsibility for returning the product to us in a like new condition otherwise we will charge an additional fee depending on the level of damage.
Full refunds are processed within 5 business days from receipt of the returned light. We will credit your original payment method.
Please note we cannot be held liable for lost packages, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and taking the appropriate level of insurance cover.
Notes for International Customers
If any international package is not picked up or there is refusal to pay duties, the customer is responsible for:
- All shipping charges (including return fees)
Please take note that customs usually destroys unwanted deliveries/packages, which would result in no refund being available.
